The Assembly Report

The assembly report shows how the assemblies in your project depend on each other. As projects grow and you need to share code between modules, it often becomes necessary to refactor the module content. Assembly reports will help you make good refactoring decisions.

Creating an assembly report

1. On the Reports menu, click New Assembly Report.

Adding an assembly to the report

1. Add assemblies to your report using the Assembly Tree or the Auto Select Bar.

2. You may also add and remove assemblies quickly with the Access Selection Bar.

Removing an assembly from the report

1. Click on the assembly name header to select an assembly. It will change from light blue to dark blue when selected.

2. Press the Delete key to remove the selected assembly from the report.

3. Assemblies can also be toggled off and on the report with the Assembly Tree.
