Linking to the project index

Your goal is for users to be able to open the file projectIndex.xml in a browser. There are several ways to do this:

• Create a link from a website page or SharePoint to the URL for projectIndex.xml.

• Distribute the URL or UNC path to the projectIndex.xml to your group members. They can then browse to it directly, and then bookmark it.

Exploring projects and documents

When you have followed a link to the project index, you will see this web page:

All the projects you have published will be listed. To see the documents for a project, click on the project's name.

• You can use the index on the left side of the page to select any diagram or report in your project.

• Click Project Index at the top right to return to the Project Index.

• Click Home at the top of the page to return to the original website. This uses the Return URL you provided during setup, and if none was given, the Home link will be absent.
