In the event that you need to return LumiCode, you must make your request within 90 days of purchase. Additionally, Lumikon Software, Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund if the original purchase can not be authenticated (no order#, non-matching order data, etc.).

No, you cannot. After the refund is issued, you have no legal right to use LumiCode. You must destroy all your copies of the program. Continuing to use LumiCode would constitute willful infringement of the license agreement for which you and/or your company may be liable for civil damages.
